Before an activation brief

Can you handle the mall negotiation directly?

Yes. We have working relationships with the main mall networks across Klang Valley, Penang, Johor and Sarawak. We negotiate site fees, security and operational windows on your behalf.

How do you measure the activation?

We agree three to five KPIs in the brief stage — typically dwell time, sample rate, reservation redemption, earned reach and direct conversion where applicable. We report daily during the run and deliver a deck within ten days of close.

Will you travel a single activation to multiple cities?

Yes. Around a quarter of our activation work is a single concept staged in 3 to 6 cities over a quarter. We design the build to disassemble cleanly and travel by truck or air freight.
