Corporate Events

Stages built for the room, the broadcast and the brand.

Conferences, AGMs, dealer summits, leadership retreats and awards nights. We design the run-of-show, the visual stage and the audience moment from a single brief.

What we mean by corporate event

The format that most fails the room is the one most often briefed: a backdrop, a lectern, a parade of slides. We replace it with a stage designed around the narrative arc you actually need the audience to leave with.

Whether the brief is a 1,500-pax leadership conference or a 200-pax dealer recognition dinner, the production logic is the same. Concept first. Run-of-show built as a screenplay. Rehearsals at a level normally reserved for televised events.

Format examples

  • Annual General Meetings with shareholder Q&A and live broadcast feed
  • Dealer and partner summits with recognition segments and break-out rooms
  • Leadership retreats with off-site immersion and facilitated sessions
  • Regional town halls with hybrid streaming for distributed teams
  • Awards and recognition nights with bespoke trophy unveils

Common questions

Before a corporate brief

Do you handle hybrid and fully virtual?

Yes. Our broadcast partners run multi-camera virtual stages with audience engagement tools and full post-event archive. Hybrid is now part of around a third of the events we stage.

What is your minimum engagement?

For a corporate event under 200 attendees we recommend the Strategic Advisory retainer instead. Below RM 180,000 production budget we cannot deliver the level of senior attention this category needs.

Can our internal team handle parts of the build?

Absolutely. We often share the speaker prep, the content production or the venue logistics with an in-house team. We are explicit at the proposal stage about which scope is ours and which is yours.

Brief a corporate engagement.

If you know the date, even approximately, share it. We can usually tell within one call whether we can do the brief justice.
