How we think about private work
The private studio operates on a separate track from our commercial work. Different team. Different NDA. Different rhythm of communication — a single producer who is your sole point of contact from first call to the morning after.
What we are not: a wedding planner. We do not stage the wedding itself. We work alongside specialist planners on the curated dinners, anniversary nights and surprise milestones that surround a family's calendar.

Where the private studio diverges from our commercial work
Single producer
One named producer carries your brief end to end. You have her mobile, her WhatsApp and her direct email.
No social, no portfolio
We do not photograph private work for our channels. Images we capture are for the family only, released to us only with express written consent.
Vetted suppliers
A shorter, more senior supplier list for private work. Florists, caterers, musicians who have signed NDAs and worked private events before.
How to reach the private studio
Do we have to use the website form?
No. For private commissions you can write directly to [email protected]. The mailbox is read only by the two founders.
What is the minimum budget?
Private commissions start at RM 120,000 for an intimate dinner of around 60 guests. Smaller events are better served by a specialist private planner — we are happy to recommend two we trust.
Do you work outside Sarawak for private events?
Yes. Around half of our private commissions are in Klang Valley, Penang, Singapore or coastal Sabah. The senior producer travels for the full week of the event.
